Court Circular - November 2008

It was officially announced last month that the Lady Claudia Racher and her husband Sir Peter gave their formal permission for Ms. Alyson Maclennan to court their son, the M.D.[*] Yaron Peter Racher with a view to full betrothal at a date to be notified in this circular.

We were gratified to hear that the M.D. Yaron Peter was amenable to this approach and that he would follow the usual conventions, with the couple being chaperoned at all times to avoid any improprieties of a nature to affect the finer sensibilities of Society.

It has been made quite clear that this will in no way influence the young heir's entitlement to his share of the Rachers' vast fortune. But he will now no longer receive his father's gold teeth, as these have already been bequeathed to another sibling.

Letters of congratulation should be addressed to Ms. Maclennan's esteemed guardian, Madam J. Eichner.
